What we do

True Axis machines custom parts from supplied models and drawings, or can help develop the manufacturing data first. Every job is reviewed against its geometry, material, quantity and functional requirements.

Project-specific tolerances are available subject to component geometry, material and manufacturing requirements.

The approach

Practical detail.
Clear next steps.

01

Prototype to low volume

A practical pathway for proving a design, producing a one-off part, or manufacturing a controlled small batch.

02

Engineering materials

Projects may use aluminium, steel, stainless steel, engineering plastics and other materials subject to requirements.

03

Design + machining

When geometry needs adjustment, the feedback loop between engineering and manufacture stays direct.

Project workflow

A connected process.

Engage True Axis for one stage or carry the project through the complete workflow.

  1. 01

    Review

Assess CAD, drawings, material, quantity and application.

  2. 02

    Plan

Develop the machining and workholding approach.

  3. 03

    Program

Prepare CAM operations for the component.

  4. 04

    Machine

Manufacture using the suitable axis strategy.

  5. 05

    Inspect

Verify agreed critical dimensions and requirements.

  6. 06

    Deliver

Prepare completed components for collection or dispatch.

Project inputs + outputs

Useful detail, without making you solve the engineering first.

Upload the information you already have. True Axis reviews geometry, application, interfaces and inspection needs before confirming scope.

You can start with
  • 3D CAD such as STEP
  • A dimensioned drawing or PDF
  • Photos, sketches or a sample part
  • Quantity, application and timing context
Agreed outputs may include
  • A reviewed manufacturing scope
  • Process and workholding planning
  • Machined parts to agreed requirements
  • Project-specific dimensional verification

Frequently asked

01Do I need to choose a CNC machine or axis strategy?

No. Supply the part information and required outcome. True Axis determines the suitable machining, setup and workholding approach during review.

02Can you make one part?

Prototype and one-off work can be reviewed alongside low-volume and repeat requirements. Suitability depends on geometry, material, access and project scope.

03Can outside finishing be coordinated?

Where required, associated processes such as anodising, heat treatment, grinding, coating or engraving can be coordinated with suitable external suppliers and identified clearly in the scope.
